Assembly

The load-bearing walls of the house are made of solid wood, which gives them a warm, rustic feel and blends seamlessly into the natural surroundings. Solid wood walls with cross-joint connections at the corners ensure the stability, durability, and significantly speed up the assembly process.

Well-built wooden homes can serve for generations. The natural durability of wood against the elements ensures long-lasting stability and resilience. The homes use the highest quality spruce wood, sourced from trees specially grown for this purpose. The slow growth process in a cold climate gives this wood excellent strength and an attractive visual appearance.

Insulation

For models with cladding, the walls, floor, and roof are made of solid wood with an additional frame for insulation. Depending on the need, this frame can be used to further insulate the walls (up to 100 mm), as well as the floor and roof (up to 150 mm), ensuring optimal thermal insulation even during the colder seasons.

Building permit

These types of houses do not require a building permit( depending on the country's legislation) , and the approval process is carried out through a simplified procedure. The required documents include:

Heating

If you plan to use the house in late autumn or during the winter season, we recommend choosing an air-to-air heat pump. This heating system is easy to install, energy-efficient, and cost-effective, providing a comfortable indoor temperature even in cold weather.

Roof covering

The roof covering of a wooden building is the upper covering that plays a fundamental role in the integrity and functionality of the building. We suggest to chose:

Bituminous shingles - shingles are designed to provide a lightweight, durable and waterproof roof covering for homes and buildings.  Thanks to their bitumen-based structure, bituminous shingles offer high waterproofing,  shingles are lighter than some other roofing options, they are designed to withstand the elements, including UV rays, wind and rain,  are relatively easy to install and they require little or no regular maintenance.

Galvanized sheet metal -  roofing is a common and durable solution used in many constructions. This type of roofing involves the use of galvanized sheet metal, which are steel sheets coated with zinc to protect them from corrosion,  they are lightweight,  stand up well to adverse weather conditions, including rain, snow, wind and sun and they are suitable for installing solar panels on the roof, if necessary.

Roof covering is not included in the standard price, but can be calculated based on your preferences.
